Khan Health Strategies is a healthcare strategy and advisory firm focused on helping organizations navigate complex healthcare, public health, and community health challenges.

The firm is led by Dr. Fahad F. Khan, DHA, MPH, a healthcare and public health executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare transformation, population health, Medicaid managed care, health equity, program evaluation, strategic planning, and cross-sector partnerships.
Dr. Khan has held senior leadership roles in both managed care and state public health, leading large-scale initiatives involving health plans, healthcare providers, government agencies, Tribal organizations, academic institutions, nonprofits, foundations, and community partners.
His work has included healthcare transformation, population health strategy, Food Is Medicine, community care models, health equity, program evaluation, performance improvement, federal and state funding initiatives, and statewide strategic planning.
He brings together strategic thinking, implementation experience, and a practical understanding of how healthcare and public-sector organizations operate. His work is grounded in translating complex priorities into clear strategies, workable solutions, and measurable outcomes.
